• Payment is due upon purchase, and all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Termination

• Text-Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice.

• Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and your data may be deleted as per our data retention policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore.
